We’re looking a full-time Inbound SDR to join our team. The work location for this position is Chilliwack, British Columbia, and is eligible for a remote work arrangement.

What the role looks like

If you are a high-energy person, you love to interact with people, and you have a desire to work in a growing and exciting company, this could be a great opportunity. You will be taking inbound appointments (booked through the website) through discovery, demo, optional trial, close and then hand to the Customer Success Team for onboarding. 

Here are the primary components of this Inbound SDR role:

  • 40+ inbound discovery calls per month via Zoom
  • 20+ personalized software demos via Zoom
  • Signup clients on appropriate licensing and training package
  • As time allows, attract core customers to TopLeft by leveraging outreach tools to interact with potential customers and set appointments.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in our HubSpot CRM

What you bring to the role

  • Eagerness to perform deep discovery with prospects
  • 2+ years of inbound/outbound B2B sales development experience
  • 1+ years of experience with high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day)
  • Project management experience is a plus since you'll be talking to MSP project managers every day
  • Require minimal training of the SDR function, and aside from our new hire onboarding program, you can hit the ground running
  • Passionate about Sales and Sales Process
  • Able to blend detail-oriented with results-oriented
  • Resilience so that you can bounce back from rejection related set-backs 
  • Experience in cold calling and setting appointments 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (comfortable engaging with middle-level managers and delivering value) 
  • Ability to identify key decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
  • Driven, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a fantastic work ethic
  • Want to become a Sales Manager or Account Executive (and are willing to wait 1 year before considering applying)

Preferred:  

  • Proven track record as an inbound and outbound SDR for a SaaS company
  • Experience working with a team across multiple disciplines
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Experience with our tech stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom.

We will onboard this role as soon as we find the best candidate. We will prioritize candidates who are residents of, and are legally able to work in Canada. This can be either an in-office or remote position.
