We kicked off the day with Olympic Gold Medalist and leadership coach Adam Kreek, then dove into practical sessions from MSP veterans and trusted advisors like Todd Kane (Evolved Management), Matt Lee (PAX8), Jermaine Clark (Sherweb), and Devin Rose (eBridge Marketing). We wrapped up with a candid expert panel on growth, hiring, and AI, and then headed upstairs to the ScalePad office for drinks, food, and more real conversations that don’t happen on Zoom.

Session Topics:

9:00am Opening Keynote (Adam Kreek)
Resilience wasn’t about bouncing back—it was about learning while moving forward. In this session, Olympic Gold Medalist and executive coach Adam Kreek unpacked how high-performing teams win through incremental progress and better leadership, not heroic bursts. Attendees walked away with practical takeaways from Lean, Agile, and Kanban frameworks to build teams that could weather any storm—and row through it.

COFFEE BREAK

From Firefighter to Leader: The MSP Manager's Playbook (Todd Kane)
Endless firefighting, frustrated teams, and burnout were familiar themes. Running an MSP meant juggling constant emergencies while trying to build a sustainable business. Without proven leadership systems, even the most capable managers and owners found themselves stuck in reactive mode.

This session provided a systematic approach for MSP leaders to transform chaos into control. Participants left with a complete framework that freed up their time while improving results.

Before & After: True Stories of MSP Transformation With Agile Thinking (Wim Kerkhoff)
This session dug into behind-the-scenes transformation stories of real teams who embraced Agile and Kanban to improve visibility, focus, and execution.

Attendees heard about:

  • What life was like before the change (late projects, overload, siloed work, burnout, low profit)

  • The specific habits and workflows teams changed

  • The results they saw after adopting Agile practices

It wasn’t a pitch or a tool tour—it was a candid look at what was actually working, so attendees could take ideas back to improve their own teams.

Enhancing Your Product Offering: Finding New Revenue Streams to Set Your MSP Apart (Marco La Vecchia)
In this session, Marco La Vecchia, former CRO at Fully Managed and VP at N-able and AVG, shared real-world strategies for how MSPs could evolve beyond traditional services to unlock new recurring revenue.

Participants learned a proven framework to identify untapped client needs and differentiate their offerings in a crowded market. Whether looking to grow margin, increase stickiness, or launch a new service, attendees left with the tools and stories to take action.

Maximizing Microsoft Teams Efficiency: How AI-Enhanced UCaaS and CCaaS Integration Transforms User Experience (Reo Harb)
Key outcomes included improved first-contact resolution rates, enhanced team collaboration, intelligent meeting support, and automated workflows that allowed businesses to focus on growth rather than managing disparate communication tools.

12:00pm LUNCH

The MSP Marketing Playbook (Devin Rose)
Devin Rose outlined the exact strategies successful MSPs used to build a strong web presence and generate qualified inbound leads. This session provided a practical, step-by-step guide that helped MSPs transform their marketing without wasting money.

Thinking About Risk Differently (Alex Dow)
Cyber risk wasn’t a battle to be “won”; it was a constant headwind that needed to be navigated. Alex Dow explained how our biological instincts often mislead us—we downplay distant threats, over-trust shiny fixes, and cling to linear predictions in a nonlinear world.

This session reframed the game: a strategic 101 on risk, exploring the limits of ourselves and prevention. Attendees left with a blueprint for building a more resilient business for themselves, their clients, and the industry’s collective future.

Leveraging AI to Grow Your MSP Revenue (Jermaine Clark)
Jermaine Clark showed how artificial intelligence and Microsoft Copilot technologies could transform MSP leadership and growth. The session highlighted how AI could drive innovation, streamline processes, and elevate leadership strategies.

Attendees left inspired with actionable insights to propel their businesses to new heights.

COFFEE BREAK

Cybersecurity, Patterns, and Reading the Tea Leaves for Success (Matt Lee)
Matt Lee walked attendees through cybersecurity trends, using historical patterns to decode what the future might hold.

Panel Discussion (Dustin Cassar)
The panel brought back speakers and industry leaders for an honest look at what was shaping the future of the MSP industry, and how operational issues impacted profitability and valuation.

Topics included:

  • Preparing for M&A and integration

  • Navigating hiring, automation, and workforce shifts

  • Adjusting to vendor pricing and margin pressures

  • Emerging service areas like compliance, AI, and reporting

Attendees heard real stories, gained practical insights, and had the chance to ask questions in a rapid-fire Q&A to close the day.

5:00pm Summit Social: Happy 2-Hour, Hosted by BenjiPays
The day wrapped up with a relaxed happy hour upstairs in the shared offices of BenjiPays, Produce8, ScalePad, and TopDown. Guests enjoyed drinks, bites, and some of the best MSP conversations of the day—the kind that only happen after hours.

It was a chance to connect deeper with fellow attendees, speakers, and sponsors in a casual, no-agenda setting.

Sponsors:

The Agile MSP Summit was proudly hosted by TopLeft, with generous support from sponsors who believed in building a stronger MSP community through practical, vendor-neutral learning.

Code of Conduct:

The Agile MSP Summit was built on curiosity, humility, and shared growth. We gathered to learn from one another, challenge assumptions, and make meaningful connections that helped us lead and deliver better.

To keep the event a high-value, high-trust space for everyone, all attendees were asked to uphold the following:

  • Be present and participate thoughtfully. Attendees engaged fully in sessions and conversations—asking questions, sharing perspectives, and helping others do the same.

  • Foster respectful, constructive dialogue. Participants disagreed with ideas, not people. They spoke with curiosity rather than certainty and stayed mindful of how they showed up.

  • No selling outside of sponsorship. Product and service representatives connected only through official sponsor channels, letting their insights and expertise speak louder than business cards.

  • This was not a recruiting event. Soliciting or inquiring about job opportunities, roles, or hiring needs was not permitted.

  • Include others. Attendees looked for opportunities to invite new or quieter participants into conversations—making the summit stronger together.

If anyone experienced or witnessed behavior that didn’t align with these values, they were encouraged to speak directly with a member of the organizing or hosting team.

Together, we made the summit a reflection of the very best of the MSP community.
